Students commence Spring semester studies

The first class of students at Bhutan’s first law school officially returned from their Winter Break, marking the beginning of the Spring semester.

The students marked the day with campus cleaning and setup for the new semester.  The students also took time during the day to commemorate the second birth anniversary of the Druk Gyalsey (Crown Prince), HRH Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck.

This semester will mark the first-ever Spring semester in the history of JSW Law.  The 25 students will take courses in Contract Law, Political Science, Human Dignity, Rigzhung, and Legal Writing and Research.
