Rapoport spoke on emerging PPPs in Bhutan, as well as his own inspirations drawn from the teachings of Buddhist entrepreneurs in the West.  He noted that the Thimphu Thromde Parking construction marks the first PPP in Bhutan.

Mr. Rapoport is a partner at the U.S. construction law firm, Peckar & Abramson, P.C., where he also serves as chair of the Public-Private Partnerships practice.  In addition, he is the Chief Strategy Officer for the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI).
