Two senior attorneys from the global law firm White & Case LLP (http://www.whitecase.com) led a three-day workshop on corporate and contract law at the invitation of Druk Holding & Investments Ltd. (DHI), the commercial arm of the Royal Government of Bhutan. The two were invited to DHI to speak and teach on a host of commercial issues, including corporate governments and structuring of transactions.
Mr. Simon Collins is a partner in the Tokyo office of White & Case, where he specializes in complex cross-border finance transactions and coordinates the firm’s Asian pro bono practice. Mr. Mark Goodrich is a partner in the Seoul office of the firm, where he focuses on the construction and development of energy and other infrastructure projects.
During their visit, the two attorneys also visited the academic campus of JSW Law, where they visited with students and faculty. This marks the second workshop led by White & Case attorneys this year.
